The Historic Matthews Reid House
The Reid House is owned and operated by The Matthews Historical Foundation and available for rental for special occasions. It is home to many events open to the public hosted by the Foundation such as 1900 Days, Strawberry Social, Home and Garden Tour plus many others. Each December, it is the setting for the Matthews Woman's Club Service League's Victorian Teas. The house has been featured as the backdrop for a television episode and has appeared in magazine featured stories.
